Attention Ford CPW Dealers!

RMP Powertrain Solutions, Inc. is offering the following rebates to your wholesale Ford and Motorcraft powertrain customers for each eligible powertrain assembly they purchase from you during the month of November:

Gas Engine        $100.00

Transmission       $50.00

This Distributor Rebate is in addition to the “Holiday Savings” rebate offered by Ford Motor Company.  The combined rebates will give you a significant competitive price advantage selling genuine Ford and Motorcraft powertrain into the aftermarket.

Dealer Bonus

In addition, for each qualifying, wholesale, over-the-counter powertrain assembly sold during the month, your dealership will qualify for one chance to win $1,000.00 worth of Visa gift cards (ten $100 cards) in a prize drawing to be held after this promotion ends. The more qualified units you sell the more chances to win. One grand prize will be awarded.

Eligibility

1.     One rebate will be paid per eligible powertrain unit sold during November, 2009.
2.     This promotion is only valid for units sold by CPW dealers who face and purchase units from RMP.
3.     Customer rebate forms must be completed and submitted to RMP by December 31, 2009 to be eligible to receive the cash rebate. Rebate form submissions received after that date will be invalid.
4.     This rebate doesn’t cover or include powertrain units used for in-dealership repairs.
5.     This rebate is only for qualified independent repair facilities and fleets with repair facilities.
6.     Sales to other Ford or Lincoln Mercury dealerships or other non-Ford OE Dealerships are ineligible.
7.     If a purchased unit is returned, the rebate amount paid will be deducted from the return credit issued to the selling dealer.
